Bryan Alm

Now in his ninth year with the EPS, Constable Bryan Alm has served in various roles, including Patrol and the Community Assertive Services Team. He is currently stationed at Archbishop O’Leary High School in the School Resource Officer Unit.

Despite facing setbacks during his initial application process in 2011, Bryan’s perseverance led him to join the EPS in 2014. He advises aspiring officers to stay determined, emphasizing that persistence pays off. Bryan finds fulfillment in making a positive impact on people’s lives through his work. Whether it’s providing resources to students or assisting the community, he values every interaction made with the people he serves.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys staying active with running and gym sessions, as well as spending time with his dog Blue and exploring the mountains.
